I greatly enjoyed the different room options, especially warm king room with couch, fridge and retro style. The staff was attentive and hospitable, everything was very good.

It was a unique, exceptionally comfortable hotel with very very nice staff. Location : the venue was just off new Outlets of Laredo Stores. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from a historic house museum. I came here for 1 night and had an awesome stay.

Rooms were great quality and big size and provided with retro style, fridge and microwave, very compfortable bed. The whole staff was brilliantly friendly and pretty friendly.

Unique and incredibly beautiful hotel, I liked it. All the personnel was very amiable and decent. The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice and the services where good. The property was a good choice for enjoying a central area. The food was outstanding, delicious.

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Amazingly comfortable room, everything was great. The breakfast was above average and included. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with fridge and microwave, the bed was lovely. The location was great and excellent for exploring this nice area, so close to a local Mexican restaurant as well as new Outlets of Laredo Stores. Also, it was 1 mile from Laredo Water Museum. The service was nice, I had 1 good night here. Besides, parking was under hotel, that's important for me.

Unbeatable location of the hotel, with magnificent view. A good service and above average breakfast. A unique and comfortable property, my first choice in Laredo.

It made my trip to Laredo a great experience. Liked the place, unique for short stay. The location was particularly good, near a store down the street for people and most areas and the restaurant, and the view was amazing. Also, San Augustin Plaza was 1 mile away from the venue. The room was high standard and reasonably large and it had a shower and a hairdryer, that's cool. The food was outstanding and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu.

The restaurant was good for buffet breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. We really enjoyed lovely bunk bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud.

Spacious rooms come with the price-excellent value, retro style plus microwave. The staff are superfriendly, managed the parking under hotel. There is a great selection of outstanding food for breakfast. Its location is magnificent & favourable, near the restaurant and 3 TIMES An MONTH ON BUSINESS.

Friendly staff, flexible check-out time, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Convenient location for shopping, souvenirs, and authentic food. Helpful information about the border provided by Daniel at the front desk. A pleasant stay overall.

It was great to have climate control, a dining area, and a writing table in the standard queen room, and the staff here were really friendly.

Clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to downtown area. Very impressed with king room with fridge and microwave. Marvellous and excellent location for my purposes. Also, close to everything.
